Peanut Butter Lovesicle

Peanut Butter Lovesicle

Peanut Butter Lovesicle is a Psychedelic Blues-Rock band from Pittsburgh, PA consisting of brothers Jake D'Arc (guitar/vox), Mike D’Arc (bass/vox), and cousin Timmy Miller (drums/vox). Reminiscent of 70’s rock (Led Zeppelin) and 90’s Alternative Rock (Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nirvana), PBL’s sound embraces both era’s but with a modern spin. With the drummer also acting as lead vocalist, there is a whole new feel; the vocals are rhythmic and share a common vein of blues, hip-hop and rock.

The band has developed a following in London after spending the last year touring the area on and off.  Their last single "Black Eyed Blues" was featured on season 5 of Gossip Girl with an accompanying video featuring Ed Westwick and model Julie Henderson.

PBL just released their 2nd EP “Dirty Pride”, produced by established record producer Henry Hirsch (Lenny Kravitz, early Madonna), recorded entirely in an 1869 church in the Hudson Valley of New York. Up next, the band will be featured in Classic Rock Magazine, and returning to the UK and Europe for a summer tour.
